HI,

Where do they have standing mile races. Im sure a few guys on the forum would know.

I wish they had one of these closer to the NE region... driving to NV or TX is kinda far.

We have one here in North Carolina at Maxton a couple of times a year. The safety equipment required to make a run makes it too hard for me to do.

Would be nice if they did an event somewhere in Florida. I mean, our roads are flat enough. US highway 27th would be wicked. Or even a runway somewhere. Gonna plan a vacation to do this sometime I guess.

Been to the Texas mile. Great event. Never run it myself but I may have to this time around as I heard a rumor they nay be shutting it down as the airstrip may be getting sold.
