duel intank walbro install?
Wait about a week or so because im releasing a new billet dual pump hanger for the 98-e2003 corvettes .
Its a very easy and painless setup and when i get to the shop tomorrow i will release a teaser pic
Im sure several forum vendors will carry these pump hangers .
But to answer your question , its a tricky setup because the vette has 2 fuel tanks so you
have to keep in mind the plumbing for the 2nd tank .
Space restraints in the tank also come into play but with my new system everything slides right in and will
suport 1000 bhp .
Once we hear back from some of the forum vendors that might carry the new system i will post up pictures and video of the intall on my car .
Oh yea ,, and the price will be WAY cheaper than any thing released and the quality will be WAY higher than anything on the market .

I agree with Zoomz. I have been to his shop, and I have seen the setup he is currently installing. It is PIMP. By far one of the nicest twin pump set ups i have ever seen, and 10x better then anything currently out for the corvette market. I have a twin pump set up from someone else already and will be making the switch once he is done testing it out.
It depends on the single pump you are running .
The biggest intank walbro pump is a 255 iirc and that will suport 600 bhp .
A lot of ppl over volt the pump with a boost-a-pump but imo thats just a bandaid and is not the proper way to fuel the car .
An external inline pump feeding off the intank pump is another bandaid imo because you sucking through one pump to feed another .
So i would say anything over 500 rwhp would need a 2nd pump , helper pump or a bap .

I will post pictures and video once the vendors have been secured because im sure someone will rip off my design .
BTW: the msrp will be in the $650-$700 price range .
PS: It will soon to be entered in the "Sexiest pumphanger" contest :P

I know what you're talking about. For the most part the pumps lay flat in the tank if it's an 02 and below, so on the surface it would seem that it doesn't matter all that much if the pumps face front or rear. More worrysome are the filter socks being rumpled up like that. If they catch air and those bubbles mix in the fuel lines, it's curtains for the motor. The bags need to be laying flat on the deck of the tank.

It looks like the socks are crumpled from the get go if we're thinking of the same picture. The socks should lay flat on the floor below the level of the pumps, and the socks in the pics look like they would catch some air.
