I am sure you are running alot more than 6 psi with a 4" pulley when I was running a 3.85" on my 346" I was making 15.5 lbs @ 6600 rpm and 805 corrected 830 uncorrected rwhp'
My 416" with a 3.85" on a D1SC is at 14lbs and this is still using a stock diameter balancer.
