Default ECS meth controller mounting options?

I'm preparing to install ECS's alky system in my Vette and was wondering about mounting options for the controller? I know the ashtray is a popular place and that there are even custom plates for this application. The problem is my XM commander is already in the ashtray and I don't want to move it ( no other places for it). Any other recommendations out there and or pics?

We mount them over the hood release, many people like to see the controller and look and touch stuff I guess, but there is no need. Adding alky is adding fuel, once the car is properly tuned it needs to be left alone, and we found that when the controller is within arm's reach of the owner... they just have to play with it. which in turn, takes the car out of proper tune.
I cant tell you how many times I have had people say "well it was hot out so I turned it up", well what they did was take a day that already made the car slightly richer from the higher DA and make it even more rich. Slowing the car down even more in the process. The alky is a set it and forget it deal, so you can mount it anywhere that works for you.

Thanks btw!!

I didn't even think about that location. Great idea!
BTW you are welcome I received the cam, 8-rib pulleys, tensioner and timing chain today. I'm still waiting on the 2.9 Mag pulley.

I installed mine right near my right knee and back under the dash a little!

It's perfect there and does not get in the way or hit at all. No pictures yet but can get some for you if you'd like

Thanks,Matt
