Over the past few days, I have talked with him multiple times about the recent Kenne Bell I purchased among other items. He has been extremely helpful and is full of advice. I was supposed to drop my vette off at his shop this weekend during a Vegas trip, to have him install the supercharger I bought from him in June. At the end of August he said he'd send me an install quote. Since then I've not been able to get him on the phone, and have two voice mails, two Forum PM's and one email go unanswered.
Even though I gotta find a local shop to do the install..... I must say I was treated well during the purchase process and the times he called me about shipping delays, backorders, etc.
Just bummed I don't get to meet Jeff this weekend and get a peak at his project car.

I wasn't trying to complain, just meant to comment on how busy he has gotten.
I'm glad his business has gotten soo good. It speaks to his knowledge and customer service. Even though I got lost in the shuffle, I know he didn't do it on purpose. He probably even isn't aware it happened.
As passionate as I am about my Corvette hobby (Ok... addiction) it's just a car. I don't feel as I have been wronged and I have moved on.
