Default Low numbers?

Ok finally got the car tuned today, and while the numbers were still stout..... I figured I would make a little more. 01 C5Z, stock longblock, A&A D1SC, meth, Kooks LT, OR X, 60# injectors, and boost a pump, 3.90 gears. It made 540/500@ 10psi. Its not a dyno queen by any means, just thought it was a little low.

Well, the nicest part about this story is that you can always up the boost, but at this juncture, you will gain a bunch from a tasty cam in that car.

Call Andy at A&A and he'll give you a great cam based on your performance/driveability preferences.

Another thing is that gears lower dyno #'s. They decrease the load which decreases the HP reading. Not speculation.....fact!

If you want bigger numbers, switch back to 3.42 and add a blower friendly cam and use meth for fuel. You will be close to 700rwp with these.
