Default Should I supercharge?

I have an LME built iron block 408 with Lingenfelter heads, FAST 90/90, 1 7/8 AR headers, RAM Dual Disc, etc etc with a 200 wet shot that put down 685/715. The cam is a 236/244, .625/.625 on a 114 and compression is around 11:1.

I am thinking about putting on a centri and putting down around 700 rwhp and then move the shot down to like a 100 shot.

What do you think? I def want to keep the nitrous....

Definitely! If you don't like it, you already have everything to put it back although I doubt once you get blown that you'll be wanting to do anything but turn it up! Then you can be the real " god particle "

Go for it...

Compression is kinda high, you could run 5-6 psi...

I'd do it!

Just don't BOOST it too much due to the amount of compression you already have!

700+ RWHP - NO PROBLEM

Thanks,Matt

Not sure what size CC heads you're running, but maybe you swap out for a larger set of cc heads to bring down the compression some and just run centrifigal at lower boost levels.

Don't know why you want the juice with centri as that just complicates the tune.

Still working on tuning it and swapping out my underdrive pulley to a stock diameter. Im running 11:1 compression and put a procharger on my 402 that put down 544 rwhp N/A. At 5000 rpm I made 40 more HP with .8 lbs of boost (25% underdrive wouldnt create any boost) than my N/A pull. I dont know what kind of boost I will get when the factory size balancer is installed.

It's a wet shot. I can just work the pills to keep the AF in line.

I have a question.........What size balancer did you go with, 7" or 7.5" and what size belt are you running! !
I purchased an 8 Rib set up with the 7.5" balancer from Arun and Im trying to figure out the lenght of the belt. Arun told me to try Gates K080893 or a K080897
