I am going to a FI set up the "off season". I was wondering what are the options on gauge placement other than the POD on the A plier. Some of you guys are very creative and I am looking for alternatives. Also which gauges are the most useful in monitoring the the super charger?
some people modify the center console to accept a gauge or two. However they replace the cup holder. I know that they make steering column gauge pods for mustangs maybe they make them for vetts.

no they do not make them I already tried asking but some vendor that is good with this stuff should step it up .. They would look sweet there.
You have sir Beer99C5 above who makes pretty much anything you want.
OR you can do the A-Pillar Upper left side of photo. Just above steering wheel. I have NO gauges in there YET.
Thanks guys...currently I only do C5 stuff, Have not had a C-6 to camp out in and measure...from some car shows I looked in some and the C-6 ashtray area is not flat like ours, so it will be more difficult.
Placing the guages in the ashtray area is nice / sleek, but not at all functional for me. At the 800hp level, traction, even with drag radials is a real issue. You are going to want to monitoring under boost/acceleration. I have trouble reading the guages at that time, as my eyes are focused on the road ahead trying to keep the car in lane. The guages I would recomend for the pillar are a wideband A/F most important, boost pressure, I use a 15 PSI fuel gauge for this as it gives me 270 degree pointer indication, as opposed to a guage that reads vacuum for the bottom 1/3 and 30 PSI for the top 2/3, and if you like a lot of guages, fuel pressure guage. The fuel pressure is not so important because of A/F guage.
