Default Dual nozzle meth?

When would you consider adding a second nozzle to spray more meth? Is it dependent on boost or power level? I currently have a single nozzle and looking to add a second if necessary.

I am installing a dual nozzle on my car. Why? Just becasue the person I bought the throttle body from had a custom ring with dual ports that he gave me with the TB!

I generally decide single or dual nozzle based on the application.

For stock bottom end car with 5-8 psi of boost, I use a single nozzle.
For anything forged where there is a potential to lean on it or running 12+ psi I always use a dual nozzle setup.

Hope that helps.

10lbs and higher, single nozzle on a ls6 does not cut it, but a motor with 9 to 1 compression 12lbs would be o.k.

Single nozzle:

10.25 CR-stock short, 12psi

Single nozzle:

LS6 stock short, 222/228 cam, 12 psi, 10.4@137

Only way to tell for sure-is to log a pull from start to finish@the track-not just on the dyno.

If the IAT temp is lower than the beginning of the pull then have enough alky. From our testing with centri's 640 was the limit a single nozzle.
