I would like to thank Chris, Doug & crew for helping me get NHRA License. I had to get a full cage installed because I ran out of local tracks to get kicked out of. The cage was installed by a local fabricator and they did a nice job, except my car didn't even start when I got it back. This is where ECS comes in, they had to replace the BCM to get it running. Then after testing at the track, they had to replace the PCM (which was the original 97 pcm) because it won't shift anymore. So ECS upgraded to the newer pcm and just transferred the old tune on it. After that we discover the wide ban also got fried .
I needed three sub 10.00 runs to complete my license runs, (normally I run 10.0xx at 63%) so we adjusted the throttle to 55% and I ran 9.67 at 143. Humm new pcm works good. The track was getting cold (8:00 at night) so we only up the throttle to 65% and I ran 9.50 at 148 spinning through 1st & 2nd. Third run we stay at 65% and ran 9.64 at 146 spinning real bad. That was it for the night. Hopefully soon I can get the car to the track during a sunny day and run 100%.
Saw the car in person, and it was insane. So mild, yet so insane. Still don't know if I like that blower cam though Doug haha. It sure does perform though, cant deny that. Keep us updated on the car. Doing the time you did at 65%, spinning off the line the way you did, and still going 9's was crazy to watch.

Maybe Doug can work some of that c6 60ft magic for you and if that does not work, I have what you need..
We'll see Sonny!
I'm working the magic now so all we need is a track that can hook it, although I think it would get there as it is with 100% throttle.
We gained .17 from 10% throttle gain, 9.67 to 9.50, while spinning on the 9.5 pass pretty badly. If ratio's stay even half of that, and the 60' drops a tenth.... we'll see!
I always add 100 at the track. You never know what your getting at the pumps now days. Hell I had to wait while the track's tanks were being filled (by a Heating Oil Delivery Truck) Wonder how much heating oil was left in the truck before he made the track delivery.
Note to self: buy a couple 5 gal cans of 100 from VP racing fuels.

I agree with you there Jay-especially now since the cold weather is here.
Nice going Jay. That car is moving out. Congrats on the license.
You still need to get that 60' down. Your car is good for mid 1.3x's. That will drop the et big time.
