Yeah it will, but it depends on your setup. I have my throttlebody upside down, so I had to modify the bracket to make it fit. I only have one bolt holding the bracket in. I'm all but positive it's a LS2 power steering reservoir bracket that I bought.
Look up my build thread and there will be some pics in there of what I ended up with. If you need a closeup or anything, let me know and I'll snap a pic for you.

let me clearify, it is the bracket that holds the ps pump. I broke a idler pulley off and got a great deal on a new bracket but they are sending the ls2 version so I just wanted to know if I should start looking for another one?
