Does anyone have experience with the product in the link below on a C5-Maggie set up?

Does your maggie have air to water intercooling? The Ford Lightning and 03-04 Cobra guys believe that spraying the Heat Exchanger on a Air to water setup is not worth it. Cheaper and easier to install an "ice box" to chill the intercooler fluid.
