Ok guys I had speedinc put A&A kit on my camed 01 Zo6 it made 607hp that was last year. A shop had a open house today and z was dyno again it put down 434hp and A/R was reading 10.1 @10psi... I checked for vac leaks cant find anything. Maybe the intake gaskets leak only under boost? Need some help .

Maybe I'm blowing out the spark under boost and should install new spark plugs?
I'm not too sure it has a vac leak if i'm seeing 10 pounds of boost .
Car isnt throwing any codes
Nobody dyno a good number that day. But my A/R is reading low 10's
clutch has about 1,000 miles on it and it's a ls7 Not too sure that its a clutch problem since it spins the m/t 315 drags in 3rd gear roll
Not sure, but the A/F difference is prob due to loss in power. It is throwing enough fuel for 600hp and you are only getting 430. Have you checked all the clamps? Never tried it, but you might be able to feed some smoke into the intake on the blower, rev it up and see if any smoke leaks anywhere.
Are all 8 cylinders firing? Check the temp of each header tube. Some spit on their fingers and touch each tube. I bought an inexpensive thermal IR gun. Maybe one isn't firing all the time. If you have a slight misfire, you probably will not be able to hear it. I have found so many bad, brand new plugs that I ALWAYS do this test after swapping them.
No meth on the car just pump gas..
Should i change the plugs?
I'm also thinking i might have a bad boost gauge since it's electric and not reading the right vacuum .... when the car is running i get about 2 to 4inches of vacuum I put a diff shop gauge and says 13 inches of vacuum. So that tells me i might not be really getting the right boost . What do you think?
I'm going to try another boost gauge and put new plugs in it tomorrow just to see how that works out.
As I mentioned, new plugs do not guarantee much. Even a new one could be bad. Or there could be a problem with a coil, wire, etc. Check each tube right at the block and make sure they are all the apx same temp.

Ok guys I found the problem. The MSD boost pump has adjustable screw with locking nut.I don't think the locking screw was tighten down. The fuel pump was getting 19.8 volts while idling. It's been raining here in chicago so have to wait til tomorrow to get on it and see some boost action.
Thanks guys
