I am repairing my meth kit soon and noticed a thread talking about a check valve that should be used. My current setup does not have that. Also my current set up utilizes a boost switch.
I had a few questions for you meth addicts out there:
Where should the check valve go (I assume you have a hose from the bottle to the pump and from the pump to a check valve and from the check valve to the nozzle)?
Currently the setup ran the meth through the washer pump. Is this restrictive, or prone to clogging ect? Is it better to run some sort of fitting from the bottle? (I am using a stock washer bottle)
The check valve runs on the output side of the pump so that the engine vacuum doesn't draw meth out without the pump running. Alky Controls' system (which most of us have) uses the windshield washer bottle with a fitting at the bottom of it and it works great. They use a MAP sensor and control the pump speed/pressure based on boost.
Are you saying that you're using the factory washer pump? That's not good. Not enough pressure to properly atomize the meth or meth/water and not enough volume.

Sorry, not what I meant, instead of using a fitting they left the pump in, there was an auxilery pump connected to a boost switch.
