Hey everybody,
Just throwing a question out there. What would be the best way to get to 500hp, with one stipulation. The supercharger has to be twinscrew or roots and no nitrous..
What are your thoughts? What way would cost the least? What would be your preferences?
I'm kickin around the idea of selling my car, but if I decide to keep it I might as well make it what I want.
Well if it has to be a twin screw, you only have one option.
Magnuson makes a few hybrid roots blowers that will get you there, but they're not "twin screws" The new MP1900 will get you there with plenty of capabilitiy to go far beyond that should you decide to push it farther in the future. The older MP112 will get you there with little room for future increases. My old MP112 made 520rwhp with a cam, headers, exhaust and valve springs. The Kenne Bell is the only twin screw available.

Oh damn, before i read the thread i was gonna suggest Ecs paxton novi because i posted the same thread a few months ago and now my car has 577rwhp. On a side note, ive heard good things about kb blowers, but ive also read that as of right now its hard to get above 800rwhp due to an inlet problem on the kb blowers.
These guys (link below) are a new forum vendor & claim to have a unit that will be ready to go to market in the not so distant future for C6 LS3's. I don't claim to know anything good or bad about them, but the system looks good and will not require aftermarket hood on C6. Below is a link to a thread in the C6 FI section. If you have time to wait this may be something to consider,,,,Good Luck
