maggie with headers
I have stock manifolds on my maggie pushing 10psi. My questions is would I notice a difference if I were to put shorty headers on the car? Would I lose boost? and if I do lose boost does the efficiencey of the exhaust make up for that and give a HP gain?

He may want to avoid long tubes since he's in Cali. There are CARB approved shorties for the C5.
I paid $350 for the B&B shorties off of e-bay. Stainless steel, equal length tubes, very nice. I picked up 12rwhp (this was before the blower).

with the better airflow you will likely see less boost but more power.
not sure about shorty headers and how much you would gain from them though.
long tubes would def help out, but not in cali.
