Help with CAM Selection
Hi guys, as the title states. I'm putting together a forged 416 LS3 stroker with a Novi 2000 blower, and 8 rib setup, I've decided on AFR 225cc Heads. Now I need some help selecting the proper cam. My goal is to have a stealth cam of some sort. I don't want a lumpy cam or rough idol. Suggestion?

Andy offers a selection of cams and IMHO his "stage 4" or even "stage 5" would deliver smooth driveability while not being swallowed up by your 416cid. You will want to maximize the potential of the coveted AFR 225's in your 416cid. In addition, I am pretty sure that ECS & EPP also design & sell blower cams for the larger cubed applications as well.

Stage 4 A&A cam in my 403. I am quite happy with it. Idles and drives like stock until the pedal gets mashed.

Phil knows all about this package, he is the one that's doing all the work. I'd like to get some direction initially.

If it's already at Dr. Phil's, just tell him what you want and he'll get it done!
Some people order cams from him specifically for their custom setup. You're in great hands!

232/240 .60x/.610 115+2 or 116+x
That is an AWESOME blower cam for your setup. The 416 will swallow the cam up, and have that baby running like stock. Combine that with an LSA of 115-116, you'll be set.
Were a W/D with Comp, so we can have any cam you want cut for 399.00
