Default Boost VS Meth Question

Why is it, the more meth my car gets, the more boost I see??

IE:

Setting 5 on meth, max boost I saw was 10.9

Setting 7, max boost 13.16

Am I missing something??

Well...it's 5:20 in the a.m. here and I'm nearing the end of my shift. here goes my meathead theory:

Cooler air charge leads to more efficient combustion and you make more power. With more efficient combustion and more power you have higher exhaust gas velocities. This spins your turbos faster leading to more PSI.

Saying I'm not a rocket scientist is the understatement of the century but is my theory sound?
