It sounds as if you have the 36lb injectors in the car which equal out to be a 38lb injector at about 60PSi... These were the standard injectors that came with the p-1sc-1 kits when I had mine kit. That car may have had a hand held tuner programmed to run those injectors which you may not have. If you have that tuner try to upload the tune again. I dont know how close a tuner is to you but it may cost some but end the aggravation factor quick been there.... If your going to continue to chase this at home this is the route I would take. Forget about the supercharger get back to basics and get the car running correct through the MAF....
Check the MAF. Look inside make sure the the screen is not clogged and the small wires inside are not damaged in any way. Check the couplers real good going from the MAF to the throttle body.
Pull all your plug wires check all the connections on them. (Very rarely have I heard of a coil going bad) But it is possible...
Make sure you have those o2 sensors plugged into the correct plugs not sure about the dyna max headers if they have all 4 bungs or just 2 if there are only 2 make sure you plug into the correct plugs.
If nothing is working and you want to continue to chase this yourself. Pull the PCM call ECS or A&A give them a list of your mods and a part number for the injectors and see about sending them the PCM and they should be able to go through the pcm and give you a decent mail order tune knowing there experience with these basic P-1-sc-1 kits. That would take the pcm tune out of the question I would also have them take a set of the O2 sensors out of the program....
I think at this point you should also pull the hi-flow cats and check for damage. With the backfire you mention doesn`t go well with the high flow cats...
Just forget about the supercharger now. Let that go worry about from the MAF to the motor. A leak in front of the MAF should have no serious affect on how the car runs.
Well guys, I got the car up on the hoist and found that one of my o2's wire was ripped and they were very carboned up so I changed them with brand new bosch units. I checked for boost leaks and couldnt find none what so ever. I took the car out and it ran the smoothest since I have owned it then all of the sudden it started to load up and pop while just cruising down the road but without any check engine lights. I started to think that I must have a bad coil then it cleared it self out and ran smooth as butter. I then parked the car at the local hang out for about 30 minutes before heading back out. The car ran perfect, it took off like a bat out of hell when I got into it then it started to stumble and the check engine light started to flash so I pulled over to read the codes and this is what I got: Cylinder misfire detected, p-1133, p-1153, p-0300, p-0132. Is it possible to have a bad coil that could be causing this car to stumble and backfire through the exhaust but also run perfect at times? The car also has WHITE INJECTORS which I have no clue what size they are so if anyone knows what size they are please let me know. Im totally losted on this one. Thanks again to everyone that has help. I truly appreciate it.
Okay! Check this out! This has happened to others too!
Follow and un-tape "ALL" your coil pack wires and follow them back, what you will probably find is towards the back of the manifold it will have "CUT" through the sheething and into the wires and when you TORQUE the motor it'll pull on the wires and cause them to catch ans short out - thus causing the CODES!
I am about 99% positive if you do this you will find you problem and it'll be fixed
You might have to re-do a couple of wires and extend them or buy an extension kit from RACETRONIX to give you a little slack!
You're on the right track Let us know what you find I am going to a show today but you can call on my cell if you'd like 661-406-7516
