Default FI and cam bolts

Hey guys,

My 2004 Z06/Z16 goes in Monday for Andy's Vortech A&A kit at Speed,Inc (subs of Chi-town). The car has 7500 miles on the clock.
I read on one of the threads that the low mile LS6 motors "might" have a tendancy for the cam bolts to loosen after going with a FI setup. Should I have the shop locktight the bolts? Whats the opinions....I think I will probably give Andy a call also to see what he suggests

thanks
Jim

Do you replace the front seal when you take the timing cover off?

Hey Guys...thanks for all the great advice. Cam bolts were locktighted...

Baseline dyno was 385rwhp/376rwtq....now the first pull with the install as they were just sorting and easing everything was.......614rwhp@6500rpm with 510 rwtq... I freaked out big time when I heard the initial results!!!

so everything was stopped and a call went in to Andy for a larger pulley to tame the beast a bit

Being air-freighted in to the shop and will start the dyno and street tuning Mon/Tues...planning on picking her up Wed.....god will Wed. ever come can't wait
