ECS tensioner trouble

Well, after a couple of suggestions to dremel out the hole for the tensioner to sit in. I decided to do just that, in conclusion I'm still not sure if I like these idea of the tensioner sitting on or close to the balancer but if my buddies in Canada do it I will follow.
