Default HELP strange power cut please HELP

Hi to you I need your HELP PLEASE all i haven’t been writing over here because I was busy rebuilding my motor after i destroyed three pistons.
make a story short and the rebuilt is done , i took the car to the dyno and didn’t have one clean nor decent run tell know , my car is a corvette twin turbo LPE last i have made with it was 672WHP dyno jet with old set up.

PLEASE HELP ME , now i am in a big dilemma and i am lost , while the car is on the dyno and i am WOT to do a tune the car starts very smooth and accelerates great all the way up to about 4K RPM and some times 5K RPM and it cuts in a very strange way you can have a look at the video here under at the minute 1:01
You can see that something very strange happens and the check engine comes on for a moment and then disappears ?????????????????? :bang:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tc3AiiiHO1k

Some thought was to a faulty Crank sensor, some a faulty Camshaft sensor, and some to faulty MAP sensor , when i did the DTC with the HP tuner it showed a miss fire but not permanent HELP

Here in video 2 you can see the tacho meter bouncing at about 5Krpm or so but the car did not CUT like it did the last couple of times but the tach bounced any gusses any takes HELP PLEASE

thanks

but it seems like the tuner would have more luck being able to see what's going on with sensors, etc. what type of fuel system are you running?

Default Look to the ignition.

From your description and the video it would seem to be related to the ignition or the associated electronics. Doesn't sound mechanical in any way. Almost like there is a ground fault to something and the computer steps in and cuts the spark. That is the area I would focus on to debug it. If it is a fast short like that, the ECU might not get the codes stored. That the tachometer is also reading inconsistently would seem to confirm that the signals or the ignition itself is not doing what it is supposed to. Just my thoughts.

I agree. Every time I have seen a crazy problem like this it is electronics related. Mostly due to low voltage. Low voltage can stem from an issue on the hot or ground side. I recommend you check all of the engine and frame grounds first and then get a good digital multimeter along with a PCM diagram and begin metering all of your hots and grounds.

I think the word you're looking for is immaterial.

The misfire code which cylinder(s) threw the code ? P0307 would indicate cylinder 7, etc ..

It looks like it happens at exactly 200kph, some kind of speed governor cutting off fuel?

Not sure if that was mph or kph's. Guys with column lock by-passes may have the fuel cut-off set to 200 mph so that the fuel won't cut-off.

Not sure if your problem is speed related or RPM related. Have you tried testing this by using other gears to see if it is speed or RPM related ?

If it's RPM related it could be a number of issues.

Bad Coil, wires, spark plugs, injectors or fuel related ??
