cam questions about going supercharged
hey all, going to be going supercharged route(A&A vortech kit) in the next few weeks but some changes need to made to my car. here is my current setup
stock bottom end
ported stage 2 heads
fast 92mm intake
TSP LT headers
vrx cam
I want to change the cam but not sure what to get. if i go with a blower cam will it exceed what the bottom end can handle? should i put the stock cam back in? im only looking to stay around 7 psi. how much so these cars put out with similar mods? dont have the cash to forge the bottom and get the blower right now.

What are the specs on that cam?
What is your CR?
With those mods you're looking to make about 575whp at about 7psi (rough guess). Play it safe and keep the boost low around 7psi and i think you'll be fine.
