Difference in power level would I expect to find between a 03 Z06 cam and a ECS blower cam.
On a blown 346 stock bottom with Patroit heads running ~10lbs of boost?

With all being the same just the cam diff in the two. Also the cam lift on how far you are going. 20 to 40 diff I would say.

Yes the only diff would be the cam.
According to the ECS website their cam is ~.583 lift and the Z06 cam is about the same as I recall.
20-40hp is a pretty good spread so would it be 20hp or 40hp?
There is also a significant difference in price.

More than that is in a cam like if it goes to like 114. or 115. Are if you like it to sound like old school on a 110. But if you want more like nothing in the car like stock 20 plus would be about correct. If you do put a cam in be safe and do the ls7 lifters new in it also. ECS is very good call them tell them what you are looking for in sound and hp. They for sure can fix you up. That way you will be 100% satisfied.

I'd talk to ECS and ask them what they suggest for a cam - if you are gonna do one might as well see what the manufacturere says

Thanks,Matt
