I need some ideas on how to go about this. I got my car pinned when ECS installed my SC. but now I am upgrading my harmonic balancer because when i removed my old harmonic balancer to tight my cam bolts i broke it.
well the crank is pinned and the new harmonic balancer is not what should i do.
Ok but the crank is half way drill and the new harmonic balancer is not so i wont afect when i re drill it ie too loose bc second time on the crank side
Re-Pin it in a different location. The other hole wont hurt a thing. It is a very common thing. Heck, there are a few guys who have messed up the pinning a few times, AND stripped their crank snout.. They still work just fine after its dont the right way.

You wont have a thing to woory about.
Pull the crank out and have a keyway cut in the crank and crank pulley at your local machine shop....
My advice would be to not go around "pinning cracks" unscrupulously. Look for something consensual, as opposed to some guy who's accidentally dropped his soap in the shower.
