Default Dart head install

I have an APS z06 that still has the stock heads and internals except for oil pump and superdampner. I have a nice set of 225 cc Dart heads that had a little machine work on the chambers and ports and dual springs added. I am looking for suggestions for head gasket size and what length of hardened push rods after I change to the new heads and possibly thicker cometic gaskets. I will use arp head studs and HS rebuilt ls6 rocker arms.
I have put down 638 rwhp 2 years ago when tuned at 9 psi. Any ideas as to what I will see as far as spool up and new rwhp ?

The 225 heads are for the motors over 400 cu. but as far as all other stuff. The heads all use stock length. Head gaskets use stock and lower boost. With the good head gaskets I would not go over 60 thousands over even using them TO STAY SAFE. Plus put in new lifters.

Dart heads are fine now. over 5 yrs ago they had a little problem of letting a little oil by pass or using a little down the vavle stums. They got that problem fixed. Befor my new set up I had the 225 on my car and no problem at all.
