will a c5 aps kit work on a c6?
so i totalled my vette most likely and I have just purchased an APS kit and meth and all that stuff.
Will this kit fit on a C6 because I was really wanting a c6.
Should I just dump the parts and try to get my money back, or get a c5?

The intercooler set-up is quite a bit different, personally I would sell the system or get another C5.

Not directly. IIRC a C6 kit was retrofitted to the C5 prior to APS releasing the C5 specific kit, but as far as I know a C5 kit hasn't been put on the C6. I'm sure that the manifolds/turbo/downpipe setup would work, it would be a matter of designing your own induction and cold side piping setup. If I remember right the C6 uses a different set of oil lines and scavenge lines than on the C5 kit also. Would probably be better to eat some cash and sell the C5 kit to purchase a C6 kit if you can find one (Or go with TTi and be happier).
