Default SC bracket touching Damper

The bottom portion my SC bracket is touching/rubbing against my ATI Damper (see pics). I tried sliding a piece of paper between the bracket and the Damper to verify they were touching. I could slide the paper most of the way between the bracket and the balancer, except for where the lip begins on the face of the Damper. I also bumped the engine over a couple times, the Damper doesn't seem to be grinding against the bracket. Its the A&A kit. Is the clearance issue I'm having normal? Any suggestions please

It should not be rubbing-are you sure that you have the ATI Dampner seated all the way?

If you pull out the crank bolt the crank nose should be recessed between .094-.176 into the blancer bore.

He called in and talked to one of the techs here. I think he is going to have to mill down the edge of the bracket where it's touching. The ATI balalncer must me overall wider than stock...
