Since I have installed the TTi X Kit I have had a film of oil running down the front of the engine and it gets on the oil drain plug and the oil pan . It never drips...just a light film. I have the car up on jack stands about to begin my search. What is the most likely place for a leak to occure? I have rulled out all the turbos and lines they are all dry. It has to be on the front of the engine.
Front cover, balancer seal, oil pan... You should use some brake cleaner and clean all the oil off. Then start the car and watch where the oil comes from.

I guess my next question is...why would it start leaking when the turbos were installed? Is it pressure or what.
I had a something similar to what you describe. My guess is you are getting a positive pressure in your crankcase. I temporarily replaced the oil fill cap with a breather/filler cap, this type of breather is less restrictive than my PCV setup. The leak from the front of the engine dissappeared. The oil filler/breather is however not without it's problems, but it did help me isolate the problem. I beleive with a slight positive pressure under boost, It will push oil out the front seal.
Good Luck

The most likely place is where the block meets up with the timing case cover it usually sits up a bit higher then the block and when the oil pan goes on there is a very small gap it needs some silicone the problem is you would have to loosing up all the oil pan bolts and add some red silicone in that area if you just place the cilicone without loosing up the bolts the possitive crankcase presure from the turbos will pop it out again thats where mine was and drove me crazy small leak but a pain
