I have a P1SC-1 on my Z, it was on the car when I purchased about 2 months ago. I noticed there was some belt wear, and the 2 top most pulleys do not seem to be aligned and they are at an angle causing the belt to bind against the 2nd pulley and squealing. The 2nd pulley on top and the one right below it (think it is the tensioner) seem to be aligned.
It is like the main pulley attached to the SC is to far back toward engine.
Is this a known problem? What is the best way to correct?

I would contact Pro Charger...go here for contact info: http://www.procharger.com/contact.shtml
...they can email you a P1SC. installation guide in a PDF file ..I still have my install guide that shows you how to do the correct pulley alignment...if that would help you, PM me to arrange.
Yes, I would like the PDF install guide. I will send you a PDF.
I looked for belt alignment etc in C5 FI section, and read a number of threads, some had similar issues, other was due to idler pulley or arm. I would like to adjust without buying additional parts at this time or taking everthing apart. Hopefully I can just adjust something or put a spacer in, any help would be appreciated, I don't even know how to remove at this point. I didn't find any detailed threads w pics (what I really need) as far as someone with same issue and showng how they fixed, and which pulley is which.

sent you an email with scanned instructions attached...Good Luck!
You should get yourself a Gates laser alignment tool. This is the only way to insure an accurate alignment. The tool costs about $100. Just be sure to check the tool alignment when you get it. Mine was way off so I have to realign the tool. No biggie, just takes a little extra time.
