Default Nitrous Tuning Help

I am working on tuning in my nitrous setup and am confused as to where to go as the next step.

Setup is:
HSW wet plate
Microedge, Interface, AEM Uego
I've got quite a bit of restriction between my solenoids and the plate, so I have 75 nitrous and 100 fuel jets in, as well as 15 of fuel added with the interface.

(Log below)
I know I'm pretty obviously rich, but I'm not sure how to tune away from the arch through the middle of my rpms.

Got a couple questions:
If I step up to the 100 or 125 nitrous shot, and keep 1 step above it in fuel, I think my beginning and ending a/f will be dead on (11.5-11.8), but I'm not sure how to keep it from peaking in the middle somewhere in the mid 12's.

Also, with only 15 horse added through the interface my injector duty is getting way up there. If I go 100 horse nitrous and fuel, and add the rest with the interface, will I max out the injectors?

Any ideas what's causing the peak in a/f? Am I going way rich too early, saturating the air with fuel causing lean, then going back rich?

Any advice would be appreciated!
N/A log first, then 75wet

Looks like you have 10 ° KR on the NA run.
May be Burst Knock, I do not know enough about Burst Knock to spain it...I ended up spinning my connecting rod bearings on #1 and 2 hammering the bearings with similiar KR on launch.

If your using your MAF, tune the MAF to get your consistant AFR @ WOT N/A. From what I understand, when PE is enabled, the MAF is used exclusively 3000 RPM and up for fueling. Did you VE tune then MAF tune? or are you SD?

Are you using the micro edge to add fuel with the hit?

I have been playing with EFI a couple years, but just know enough to get by, usually threads like this do not get much input. A PM to more knowledgable guys is usually how I muddle through it.

Matt or the others there at HSW may be able to help ya as well since your running their microedge, they tune, and can point ya in the right direction.

Thanks for the response. From what I have read, I don't think that the the burst knock will show on the normal knock retard PID?

Anyways, I'm completely new to tuning. Data logging is as far as I have gone so far. I understand the concept of each component, but I haven't went as far as to make any adjustments. I think my first step should probably be to check and make sure someone hasn't already attempted to tune the car before me, which could be causing me problems.

BTW,
I am using HSW's interface to add fuel with the hit.
