Im looking at a 02 zo6 with a supercharger and the guy is telling me it has a 3.12 pulley what kind of boost should the car make and can the stock motor handle the boost is there anything i should look for also noticed in the pictures one side of the borla exhaust has alot of carbon build up is that normal.

Depending upon if it is running headers and or Hi-flow cats or none will all add into the total of Boost being run.
If it is basically stock it should be putting down qround 12-13+ PSI of Boost and yes the C5 Z06 can handle the Boost, remember that the LS6 motors metal is different than the base LS1's (with the exception of the '04 block) -
More than likely the black sut you see is from a little fatter tune fore safety - and usually from one side of the mufflers exit tips because in a dual tip there is always one side that flows more
Do you have anymore info on the Vette, perhaps what the original owner has done to it? or is it basically stock?

What does the owner state the RWHP and RWTQ are right now as it sits? Find out who did the tuning etc. - This will help too
