It works well.I drove a GN with a PT 88 with this mod and it was night and day.Usually this mod is done on large turbos as the smaller twins doen't have divided exhaust housings. You can even adjust the valve to suit traction on the street and some guys will be able to run less convertor.

OK.Not as noticeable as a A4 but would still make a difference.I dought your turbos have divided exhaust housings.I'm not sure if they make them for anything smaller then a T70.
I "think" most STS kits are running a .48 or .50AR. They need the restriction to spool up better because of a lack of thermal or volumetric efficiency. The split housings are more for larger ARs and trying to get the best of both worlds. If you map your turbos out to engine mods you should not need them. Bigger isn't always better.

Are you kidding? it will make a bigger differnece. Autos are MUCH more turbo freindly than manual cars.
I think you will be able to get divided housing for practly all turbos! the import guys have been using them on SMALL turbos for YEARS!

This is a way of getting larger turbos to behave like small turbos in spool up but not restricting the top end.
as said before, this has been tried and tested on big singel applications and works great. there is NO reason why this shouldn't work on a tiwn setup.

You're right.Brain lapse. The converter makes a big difference.I'd like to try this on my TTi 403 but I think traction on the street will already be a problem. Now if I can go less converter, bigger turbos.......
