I run it with every tank full. Do a search and you will find that it does actually work.

IF YOU HAVE DONE ANY MAJOR WORK TO YOUR CAR LIKE A NEW ENGINE, HIGHER COMPRESSION, ETC. Folks you really need this stuff. I find it very hard to come buy race gas and frankly....this is my only answer! Two bottles in a full tank of gas and I can race at the strip all day long.
