'02 Z06, LG G5x3 cam, LG long tubes, factory heads, TNT wet 100 shot msd window switch(on 3000 off 6500). Car was built and dyno tuned with the Nitrous by LG Motorsports.
Questions:
What concerns if any should I have playing at a lower alltitude 800ft verses 1900 where I live?
What is the max bottle pressure that can be used safely?
If all you did was pill it like the manufacturer told you, then it should be set up slightly rich at sea level. Any higher in elevation than that and it'll just get richer.
Every 1000ft elevation change is equal to 1 inch mercury change, which should be equal to about .491psi. 1psi boost on most F/I cars will make around 25-30rwhp difference + or - depending on which direction you're going in elevation.
Your bottle pressure will get high enough to prevent the solenoids from opening before I would consider it too much. I would try to keep it around 1000psi.
Assuming LG tuned both the car for nitrous as well as n/a and your base tune is still good with the location difference the nitrous will be as well. Now if for some reason your n/a tune has been altered it will change the foundation the nitrous tune was built off of.
