OK, I've only got maybe 12,000 miles on an OZ700 clutch and its starting to give me issues. The engagement point seems to be 3/4s of the way up and when it gets hot it refuses to shift into 2nd or 3rd gear.
Its only slipped on me once, and it was after severe hot lapping at Island dragway in 90 degree weather and awfully bad / dirty fluid. I've since done the ranger method quite a bit but the issues persist (no more slipping but hard to shift into 2nd and third when hot).
What do you guys think, master cylinder issues or new clutch time?
I'd be willing to invest in the tick if it cured the issues, but I'd hate to do the tick and then find out it still didnt shift right and have to the the clutch as well.
I know Textralia has an upgrade program from the twin to the triple. I am wondering if they might have an upgrade from the OZ to the twin. If so, I would recommend you try taking advantage of that as well as the Tick master.
my oz didn't slip but I couldn't get the car in gear at an idle. took it out and put an rps twin in it, if you have the $$$ thats what you should put in.
Buy an adjustable master and most of your problems will be solved. I swear the factory hydraulics in these cars are the biggest pieces of **** out there.

The best 3 grand in Parts and Labor, I ever spent, Initially the amount of funds hurt, but the giggle factor when you do 3rd gear burnouts @ 50mph eases the pain. RPS Twin Carbon Disk is the way too go!
