The kits will be offered with complete with Vortech head-units. But the initial kits right now are for a kit setup for a Procharger head-unit. The $6,295 price is based on us supplying a Vortech Head-unit.

Yes it does. Vortech V3 self contained.

1 Question.....How do you apply tension to the blower bracket pulley slider ? Do you need to push on it with something then crank the bolt down?

thx
No need to push on anything. We will have a video of this later, but for now I will try and do my best to explain. The upper bolt by the throttle body pulls on the slider and the the bolt that is on the rear bracket locks it in place. Pretty simple and only takes seconds to change a belt... well maybe 1 minute. It's very very easy. There is enough movement in the slider to get most belts on without pushing on the tensioner by hand to get clearance. You will not need more than a 17 mm socket, ratchet, and a 19 mm open end wrench.

Will I be able to buy just the Procharger bracket?

I have the flip drive already and would love that bracket - I like it way better then the newest A&A bracket on the market!

I still have the A&A 2nd gen bracket and have been wanting to upgrade, "BUT" I would do yours first - Just the bracket

Thanks,Matt 661-406-7516
Yes it is available. $1,295 is what we are asking for for all the brackets on the passenger side of the engine.

Available in the next week or so.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to say, but yes you can add this kit safely to any stock engine.

I posted the pricing, but I will PM you as well.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. We've been getting ready for Corvettes of Carlisle and we have been going nuts to try and get some large projects done here, all at the same time.

We will be posting some more stuff over the next few days. Stay tuned!

Thanks,
Max

Does the bracket price include the tensioner? Any additional cost for the 8 rib?

Always good to see more options for consumers! This kit looks fantastic and all the pieces look very stout...especially that tensioner!

Good job

Okay! Cool. $1295

I will have to save some extra for the bracket for now it is out of my bracket for expenses

Do we have to change the positioning of the Procharger like the A&A ltest design or will it stay in the same position it is right now? (I don't feel like doing the oil slinger change "IF" I don't have to )

Thanks,matt

Yes it does include the tensioner. The only thing you need for an 8 rib conversion is to purchase the Balancer, blower pulley, and 8 rib belt. The brackets are ready for it.

There is no need for a 10 rib with this setup. With an 8 rib setup you can over-spin the F1R. We have gone 7% over with zero issues.

As long as the blower has the oil-slinger clocked as if it were setup for a ProCharger kit then you are good.

Here is a list of all the pieces associated with a F1R build.

Price break down:

HPE Direct Drive kit $6295
Fuel system delete -$300
F1R upgrade price $1700
ProCharger RACE By-Pass valve upgrade $240
3" to 3.5" lower boost tube diameter change for F1R $50
Innovators west 8 rib Over-drive balancer $535

Different injectors all together will be required depending on HP goals and the boost-a-pump won't cut it so the fuel system components were deleted in list above. What power level are you looking for? A fuel system will have to be designed for you (ex: fuel pumps, rails, lines, regulator, etc.)
We can set you up with everything you need.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks,
Max

I already have an A&A setup with 8 rib belt. Can I get the flip drive side with 8 rib capable so I can leave my pulleys on the alternator and power steering?

Not having to change the alternater and PS pulley when going to an 8 rib is one of many features on the HPE system or when a Flip Drive is used.

What I think you guys missed is that he already has the 8-rib setup on the car.
Minitech, you'll need to change back to the 6-rib alternator and power steering pulleys. Did you save the stockers you took off?

Technically he doesnt have to change the power steering pulley. The alternator is a must because of the new assembly in front of the alternator...

Will the 8 rib ATI super damper work with this setup or do you have to use the innovators west overdrive crank pulley?
