Varmit you may be putting to much tension on that jack shaft. I have my barely tight. You can turn that belt 90* in a straight section. The Alt & PS don't need alot of tension to turn them.
That is what I don't understand, there is not that much tension on the side that keeps having the problems.
Were any calls placed to us to see if we could resolve the issue? I don't recall any.

Charlie @ RPM motors installed my Flip-Drive at the beginning of the year and it hasn't broken on me yet. I think I need to replace all of the pulleys in my system considering I'm at 129k miles on the original LS1 long-block and have some belt squealing. -knock on wood-
