That is what I don't understand, there is not that much tension on the side that keeps having the problems.

You have to tighten it in sequence and make sure that you don't over tighten the belt. Mine works like a charm. Maxing out an F1R.

Were any calls placed to us to see if we could resolve the issue? I don't recall any.

We have a new version, but we are not sure of what you currently have. Give us a call so we can get you all straightened out.

Cartek has made several updates since the original "Flip Drive" was introduced.

For me it's no longer an option when doing a build. I pretty much make everyone do it-and the results are nothing short of spectacular.

I've never had anyone complain about the end results. I have several cars that have logged thousands of miles and have had zero issues.

On the latest generation bracket-you have to use "just enough" tension to tighten the belt-not too much-that will cause issues.

Max Thanks. I am going out of town for a few days, and will not get the chance to get it off untill next Wed. When I can get a feel for what happened will give you a call.

Charlie @ RPM motors installed my Flip-Drive at the beginning of the year and it hasn't broken on me yet. I think I need to replace all of the pulleys in my system considering I'm at 129k miles on the original LS1 long-block and have some belt squealing. -knock on wood-
