Turbo is always the right answer. if you want a front mount single the only option i know of is the Hinson kit. There is like 4 threads on it that have good info. If you keep boost moderate the engine should be fine. With just a pump and injector upgrade i wouldn't go over 500rwhp.

nitro is horrible on engines esp if not built...a turbo is much more efficient..look at rear mount setups...ststurbo.com

if you want to save the motor, leave it alone.

If you want to stay "safe"...(biggest joke ever).... Keep it to low boost and live with the hp you get.

When youre ready to play hard, build it and boost it.

Nothing is guaranteed but 450-500RWHP @ 8-11#s should be ok.

Ya i have the Hinson turbo kit and nitrous. I love the Hinson turbo kit and i will never need nitrous but its there just in case. I dont have any dyno numbers yet still trying to find time to finish street tuning and work out all the bugs. All i can say is at 10lbs it pulls like a raped ape and it will spin the tires at will and i have MT on there. Im not gonna lie when its tuned to 20lbs im gonna be scared to hit it.

Google Hinson super cars, or hinson turbo or call 205-267-6387 and ask to speak to Brian. He is a great guy to deal with.
