Default PCM calibration

Hello,

I'm thiking to put a blower on my Corvette C5 LS1 Z51 MN6 2000.
At his time, my choice is the a&a with vortech (and i know it's not a bad choice)
But, i have a couple of question... (so, i post several post)
About the choice : V-3 Si-Trim (and 3.4 pulley?)

I read it has possible to having a basic PCM calibration (my
Corvette having nothing special, it can be good for me), how does it work ?

1) I have to bye a special soft pour put le calibration ? pay licence pour using the soft ? and bye a special stuff for connect my PCM to a laptop ?

2) I know a person capable to do a real PCM calibration (using
hp-tunner) but he is 600miles far away, do it's possible to drive 600miles with my car modified with the complete kit installed(blower/#60
injectors...) without any recalibration ? (for exemple, if i drive at less
than 2000tr/mn ? less ?)

3) Do the car can be use quite normaly at low rpm (and cool using of the "right pedal") ?

Thanks a lot for reading

if u do drive it keep the stock injectors in it till you get to the tuner. do not go into boost either.

2) You could easily drive it 600 miles to a tuner. With a centrifugal supercharger as long as you don't go above lets say 3,000 RPM you will be building very little to no boost. If you have a good base map, you will be able to make it to your tuner no problem

3) A supercharger won't change the sound of the car like a cam will, if it's quiet now, it will still be quiet
