Who me? Making excuses for pulling on a car one run while spinning? I never publicly posted that either. Just told the driver. I didn't lose. I made no excuse, except for saying that I was spinning while still pulling ahead on a quick lower mph punch. If you think making excuses for stating that my car was obviously spinning while still pulling is an excuse, so be it. It wasn't pretty on the highway.

Ya tires were huge for this thing. I got NT555r's on my car thursday afternoon and it was huge. I only spun in one race, it was on asphault at 45 mph and it was only for a fraction of a sec.

What do you think is on the back of my car? 17 MT's. I've made 1 pass in the tires where I launched the car(not at the power I am now), and did a 1.62. They just don't work as well without heat.

16-17psi on the track, and 20-22 on the street. I do a lot of street driving in the car, and after my last set(305/35/18s), it seems to wear them evenly with track/street use. I had them up to 25psi last weekend as I have been on road trips lately and trying to keep my MPG up. Didn't lower them, but might have helped a bit. Got a pair of stock c6 fronts headed to weldcraft to be widened to put another set of 305/35's back on to keep the stock look.

Yeah, I know. I've run DR's on stangs from as low as 12psi. Just decided that was one less excuse to post Forgot that I have a stock block, stock tranny, stock rear, gears, and maybe the smallest blower out for a c6. Guess I make too many excuses.

I was at 18 psi with 600hp, probably a bit low for my HP level but better than spinning. And thanks again for the rims and tires they worked great.

You are making excuses now. The only reason I brought it up is that everyone makes excuses and then goes on about how the other guy makes excuses just to make yourself look cool. Race, have fun, whatever.

Statements like "I'm a bolt on car" and "I was spinning" are excuses.

I won, genius, even when I was spinning. It was after I pulled on him that I shouted across cars I was spinning bad, laughing. I still won, wtf do you not understand. I didn't make a single excuse, I won all the runs. I never made a single excuse.

We have a little evo owner that decided to join the forum, saying I made an excuse when I won? Why would I do that? I won, I was just saying that I spun on one little hit while we were in the cars.

Amazing how stupid people are, and how people interpret things on the internet. Yes, let me make excuses about how I won a race. Geeze.

Chill out man. Congrats on your win. Going off saying the other guy made a million excuses when you make excuses yourself is stupid. Thats all I'm saying.

Congrats on your win again. See you at TX2K12.

Cool. Peter Blach, the coordinator is talking to HPD about policing up the event and the Omni hotel so that should be a little bit better in that sense but the Mexico events would have to be done in more discrete places. Hope to see you there. I should be out with both cars.

It is completely out of hand now. See you all next year. Even though I didn't attend this year, we all appreciate the showing, but it is only going downhill. I saw the reply on LS1tech by him or the guy apologizing about the circumstances, but this event has brought way too many young guys out. Not only that, they do a lot of damage to a nice hotel willing to hosts the out of town people.

I think that having HPD in the parking lot would have stopped alot of the crazy stuffed that happened and wouldnt effect the mexico runs.
