Hey, is anyone running one of these by chance? Looks like a nice unit that is setup nicely for our vehicles at a reasonable price. Claims are that it's good for over 900HP and flows 1400CFM.
Welcome Dave. I always wonder what some peoples' screen names mean. Is that your debit card password so you don't forget it?
Oh and I haven't run the intercooler and don't know anyone who has.
I purchased one new from Treadstone with the intention of using it. Then I opened the box and it looked like someone jammed a 2x4 through the intercooler...GIANT hole. Yet the box was completely intact...hmmm...
Other than the giant hole smashed through the damn thing, the build quality was great.

Thanks! The first 1/2 of my user is part of my last name and the 'z34' is from way back when I had a Lumina Z34 that I thought was the coolest thing on the planet! (I was 17 then )

Yelo, have you done any mockups with it in the car? I'm curious how well it fits. Funny you say the build quality is nice, EXCEPT the hole in it... LOL.
Does anyone have an opinion on the overall core size? Is 25" X 6" X 3.5" enough to get the job done with a P1/D1? I looked on Procharger's site and it says that the P1 max CFM is 1200, D1 is 1400. This IC flows up to 1450 CFM. Should be a good match?
Buddy of mine is running one on his P1 with a 224/232 cam and some 317 heads.
Looking to make 600 to the wheels in the next few weeks. Made ~540 running out of fuel and a funky clutch at 5000rpms. IAT's were nice.

WOW! Thanks for sharing, that gives me lots of confidence in this core! Can you share any more information about your setup, what IATs you see, etc?
the tuner said the iats were in range I"ll have to look and see if I wrote it down on my list, using dual nozzle alky set up.running stock dia.balancer with a 3.55 blower pully,8 rib belt with a flip drive set up.The motor is a forged 346 with a blower cam,317 etp heads ls6 intake with 83lb injectors. the car is a c4 ls1 conversion. With 14lbs of boost and no alky I ran a 9.80@135 bouncing of the rev limiter. You can see my car and a video of the run@ melrose headers web site go to smooth flow headers then c4/lsx
