Default help with P0172 and P0175 code

i pulled my motor out to replace a melted piston only to put my motor back in and now the car runs like shyt giving the codes P0172(fuel trim system rich bank 1) and P0175(fuel trim system rich bank 2). my vette is a 347 TT PTK style. About to purchase the hp tuners so i could get it re-tuned remotely by my tuner (nick yoskin) cause the car is located outside usa. i just hope i am not missing something else, maybe a ground issue. i say so cause the car was running fine (only smokes bad) before i pulled the motor.

Make sure the O2 sensors are hooked to the correct bank. Left side to left side of motor and right side to right side of motor. I have seen where someone had crossed them and trims went crazy. I did. lol

after swapping the 02 sensors to their proper bangs and reseting the obd (check engine light), i took the car out for a spin and the codes came back. i can't go full throttle, the car just drowns its self with gas (lots of black smoke from tail pipe) and the car seems to cut out when coming to a stop. i think i still need to re-tune the car also i hope the gas grade here doesn't have an impact towards this problem.
