ok so I have a D1 Procharger and it comes with the single fan and it replaces the dual factory fans. once the factory fans are taken out how is a single fan wired in? Does anyone have a diagram or what all is involved in hooking up the single fan?

Rick, keep the the stock dual fans-you don't want to run that single fan. Post some pics of your kit so we can see what you have and what will work.
He's the one who talked me into laying down the radiator and going over it and DITCHING the single fan and RESTRICTIVE air filter set-up on the single fan from Procharger.
Things run much, much cooler and I picked up 2.3 PSI of Boost -
So get a radiator laydown kit from A&A and go over the top, A&A also has a hi-flow dongle and air filter for the Procharger to clear the radiator too! Fairly inexpensive and well worth it -
Do not hesitate to get the proper pieces, it will save a lot of headaches and issues down the road and make better power right from the start
everything is going over the top and i have added a 4 core radiator and lowered the radiator as well but it sure doesnt look like the stock fans will fit there as the single fan barely fits the single fan does not have a filter on it its just the fan
Arun i do not have pics but have a vid of the car if that will help
Rick I watched the vdeo-he dodn't get to good stuff till the end. Looks like an A&A setup retrofited with the procharger setup.
The dual fans will fit-they may need to be trimed some-download the instructions of Andy's website and you'll see. Also check and see if you have the rad cradle spacers-that will also help.
The fans will pretty much just lay down agianst the volute-that's perfectly normal.

that was my video and i thought all the video was good stuff and yes its a A&A bracket with a D1 on it so the video will show how and where to trim the fans? the rad craddle had the spacers/lowering bolts whichever they are called and were installed

Next time shootin video just start with the chicks in your avatar-then I'll just put it on pause!
You could also get Dewitts dual Spal fans with shroud and gain quite a bit more clearance vs stock dual fans/shroud. My stock fans were a PITA getting in and out and the Spal setup took about 5seconds to get em in and plugged in.

I got the Spal dual fans with custom shroud thru ECS for around $375 I think it was a couple months ago. I know it was right under $900 for cut down radiator and fans/shroud though ECS.
