What are your settings ''Alky Control Meth Injection'' I don't think mine is spraying enough meth at wot... car will get dyno tuned next week... f1c procharger ms4 cam 4.5" pulley ''installed 2 min ago''
Call Julio at alky control, he can help you along with any questions. Have you looked at the 2 adjustment controls in the PAC? If you have the instructions that came with the kit it will walk you through the recommended set up and what each does.
Why do you think your isnt flowing enough and what nozzle size do you have? If you activate the meth and turn the gain **** on the controller do you see the meth flow increase?
2 nozzles on setting 4.5-5.0 no instructions... if I push the " test " button light turns red WOT some times the light is green some times its red... other than that thats all I know... as for "Have you looked at the 2 adjustment controls in the PAC?" no Idea as to what this refers to... the meth unit is mounted inside the fender so removal of the fender is needed to get to the pump????? , I was looking at this today as I thought maybe there was a setting on the pump it self which I now find to be true...
Ill get intouch with Julio tomorrow and try to dial this in...
Also observethe turn-on LED and it will change color from red to green when initial pressure is developed... * I have only seen this green light once at WOT for more than 5 seconds by then im already at 6,000rpm and well into 90-100mph...
The only thing that had better be outside is the pump itself and you should be able to pull the driver wheel and little plastic cover in the back of the inside of the vendor to access it. I use a pressure gauge tied to a nozzle and a mityvac to send a pressure signal to the MAP sensor in the Alky system. I monitor the pressure to make sure it's all good.
The PAC and the rest of the electronics should be inside the driver side dash. Simply follow your little control box to to the other end.
The PAC should be within a couple feet of the controller (wire isn't too long). The PAC is a black box with wires coming in and out of it. On the back side there is a access panel with 2 small dials in it. 1 is "turn on", which sets the initial turn on voltage from the MAP. The other is the "initial" sets how much voltage is sent to the pump when the system is triggered. Clockwise increase counter clockwise decreases.
All of this is in the link posted above. Look at the last few pages.
I have an M10 and an M15 nozzle. Turn on set to come in at 3#, initial set to factory and dial set to 5.5. I'm told that it is perhaps overkill but when I tried turning the **** down to ~3 it got some knock. I left he **** at 5.5 and leaned out the fuel.
JulIo helped alot set to come on at 3lbs...at setting 7 new problem is belt slip massive but that's a whole other story... tentioner maxed out so I need least inch smaller belt but procharger was not much help with that I have k080903 now so k080895 is what I think will work just need to find one... and well get back to dialing in the meth
