Default need belt advice..

Procharger was not much help as the part numbers they provided don't show such belts... I have a 8 rIb f1c 7.5" crank pulley and 4.5" previous belt was k080903hd with 5" sc pulley... belt fits with this pulley but I'm having massive belt slip thus they recommended k080895... called jegs and summit and they can't cross reference anything for it... I just need belt that is 1 to 2" smaller.... tensioner is maxed out...any help or advice is GREATLY APPRECIATED... checked gatorback and gates With no luck....

On belt number 4 either too big and belt slips or too small and won't fit...

You do realize the last numbers are the length of the belt.

890 = 89"

895 = 89.5 "

ect.

Shouldn't be too hard to get the right size belt after trying a couple?

BTW- one of this days you should get a better bracket setup.

.

Yep I know about the last 2 numbers... but problem was the 89'' was so loose I could twist it one full turn so I went 2 sizes smaller being the 87'' but it was too tight by half an inch ''with out tentioner as a factor'' too small... couldn't get it over pulley... but the first problem was calling procharger and them recommending the wrong size... now I have an 88'' belt over nighted from Houston it will be PERFECT...
