I dont use anything and it stays put just fine. The upper hose keeps it steady on drivers side and rigid condenser lines keeps it steady on passenger side. I used rubber edge pieces on top plate that was included in S/C kit and it holds tightly against both sides of the taller top Dewitt's side framing I guess its called so it all stays nice and tight.
I also have dual Spal fans and custom Dewitt's shroud so I have plenty of clearance between down tube and fan shroud so even if radiator moved back and forth a little it still doesnt hit against the down tube. The factory shroud was way too close for my liking and always rubbing the down tube.

I have the same fan/rad set up but not installed yet. How is the cooling, what temps do you see?

To be quite honest I see the same coolant temps as I did with stock radiator and same fan settings. I didnt get the Dewitt's because of cooling issues but I think because its thicker and shorter it cools the same. I see 185-190 in stop and go in 75-80 degrees ambient (my high fan is set to come on at 192 and fans off at 183). On the freeway I see 180-183 in same ambient temps. I never run hotter than 192 coolant temps just driving normally. When in boost for 10-20 seconds coolant temps will go to 205 max but they did also with stock radiator so no change there either..

The thicker and shorter core IMHO cools the same as a stock taller thinner core. I see no difference I think because the 2" cut down holds the same amount of water as the stock one does but less efficient because of the thicker core.
