I have been installing the A&A kit I bought last month, slowly.... very slowly. However tonight I had a lot of free time.
I have the blower bolted to the motor. It was a very tight fit. Is it supposed to be a tight fit? It seems to be touching the water pump pulley very slightly. Just enough that when it spins you can hear it barely touching the supercharger bracket. Any tips for this?
Also, the out pipe from the supercharger is up against the coolant pipe going to the thermostat. Normal?
Tomorrow I will take lots of pictures. Thanks for the help in advance.
Do you have a AFTERMARKET waterpump or maybe its on the thermostat housing? If i remember correctly there is a little tab that stick out higher around the thermostat housing that needs to be grinded down. I had a tough time getting a grinder in there so I just tapped it with a hammer and it snapped off?

Waterpump is stock. Hmm, but why would the stock thermostat housing rub on the stock water pump pulley?
Yes, it is a snug fit. My bracket hit the water pump pulley when it was mocked up as well. As soon as I tightened all the bolt for final assembly it was fine. All of your pictures look as though you have it setup correctly. As for the thermostat housing, the nipple that has been talked about may rub the smooth (Adjustable) idler. I used my dremel with a cutoff wheel to remove the nipple without taking everything back out. So much weight is on everything that finger tight may not get everthing in the right position, leading you to think the water pump pulley will rub the bracket.
