Progress -N- Pics
For tuning, I started with the base IFR given for those injectors. This immediately put my car into reduced power. I scaled them 37% then scaled the VE by .63. Subsequently I then had to scale the VE by another .9 then .98 to get it to idle within a good ball park on STFT's
With only that I took it out for some scanning. MAN I LOVE THESE INJECTORS!!!!! It sure makes all the difference in the world when you have correct data to start with. With no final tuning and my car still running a lil rich in the cruise areas, I noticed a 13 mpg gain. Granted, it may not be as acurate however, with my 60s and same driving conditions, I never saw over 22 mpg on the DIC. With these I see 34 mpg on hwy. I will get a final averaged number after I run out the tank.
I normally will go through a 1/6th a tank on the 30 mile trip to my folks house, the needle did not move from full this time. Definite improvement.
Heres a few pics of the engine bay before and after, as well as the mpg reading.

No tuning changes are needed with either injector.
The injector pulse width would not go low enough @ idle with the ID's, that was corrected in the transient table. That has no effect when I try the LS2 injector's.

Anyway, I'd like to give a huge shout-out to both Bret and Jerry. Both of these guys have been a phone call or text away and helped me with questions I had. These 2 dudes are good people to have around this place.
