Moving IAT sensor for Meth
Okay this is the deal guys/girls I had my z06 sc'd back in March made some good power for having 8lbs never did the meth kit. I just ordered my meth kit, new pulley and belt. The question I have for y'all... will a 98 camaro IAT sensor work and if so what has to be moved and where to make it work? Basically the shop that tuned it before told me they would have to move it if I wanted it a little safer and I have been told that the camaro sensor works. I believe them just wondering if it's a fairly easy job for me to do! So the plan is to go to 10lbs & meth would you suggest letting my shop move it when they retune the car and don't worry about it?

I did it using a Casper breakout harness, and IAT provision in my K&N bridge for a push in IAT sensor, GM 12160244. Total cost about $50. Very pleased with the results.

I used the caspers kit for the wiring. I went to autozone and purchased a sensor for a Buick Grand national. It is threaded so you don't have to worry about it popping out. I drilled and tapped my intake tube and screwed it in.
